We are writing to inform you of my intent to homeschool my son, Billy Bob White, 10 yrs old, grade 4, for the 2003-2004 school year.  My child lives with my husband and myself at 123 Home Rd., Peaceful, WV. We will be homeschooling in accordance with WV Code 18-8-1 subsection (c) subdivision (2). You have a copy of my diploma, as well as my husband’s, on file.

We plan to use the following materials. We will also use Excellent County materials as they are available.
