re: Homeschool letter of intent  

Dear Ms. Barles,  

            This letter is to notify you that we are continuing to homeschool our children under Chapter 18, article 8, section 1, subsection c, subdivision 2 of the West Virginia code. Dieter Doe, age 11, was born 7/07/90 and is entering sixth grade this coming Fall. Jimmy Jones, age 10, was born 4/04/92 and is entering fourth grade. Both children live at our address. We will be sending to you academic assessments of the children in June, 2003.

            Evidence of our completing high school are already on file in your office.
