The WV Supreme Court of Appeals has reversed Kanawha Circuit Court Judge Duke Bloom's September 2003 decision that allowed homeschooled students to participate in school athletics. The decision has been published at http://www.state.wv.us/wvsca/docs/spring05/31785.htm.

Justice Starcher has filed his dissenting opinion to the Supreme Court decision in the Jones case . Basically, he  says  the Supreme Court was wrong and Judge Bloom was right, and copies Judge Bloom's conclusions for comparison purposes. Here's the link:
