An inclusive social networking and resource sharing
group for families with homeschooled children in Berkeley, Jefferson and
Morgan counties. Members collaborate in planning field trips, educational activities and
group lessons as well as social gatherings and holiday events. Members offer
peer support and information sharing as well as references to local
practitioners that are relevant to homeschool families.

Morgantown, WV – St. John’s University Parish. Our
group has been meeting for more than 10 years. We gather on the first Friday
of each month to study Scripture, the lives of saints, catechism, and
virtues. The group is subdivided into 4 smaller groups: younger boys (up to
age 12), younger girls (up to age 12), older boys (13 and up), and older
girls (13 and up). We gather to celebrate the liturgical year, for field
trips, to participate in service projects, etc. A Catholic group open to all

A group dedicated to serving the needs of
homeschoolers in the area, and providing information to all those interested

homeschooling in our area. Our purpose is to provide support to all families

Trinity Home Educators Supporting in
Service (THESIS)
A support ministry of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Fairmont to homeschooling families
in a four-county area. It is co-operative, requiring parental participation
of all member families. Activities include enrichment
classes for Pre-K through high school, field trips, whole group events,
moms’ events, and testing services, all with a distinctly Christian
emphasis. Members must be homeschooling and able to sign and uphold the
THESIS statement of faith and values.

Upper West Fork Park, Route 16 in Chloe for socialization and support. Members
are glad to answer questions for new and potential homeschoolers. While there is
